This was a small web design company that a colleague and I set up before university. We primarily focused on helping small businesses to establish an online identity, as well as updating existing company web sites. Unforuntately due to university commitments the website was shut down, all that remains is a screen capture taken while it was running.

A joint venture with another college involved the resale of ring tones and logos for mobile phones. This was highly successful during the first year of university. Unfortunately too many web sites emerged offering the same or similar products free of charge. This unfortunately caused our suppliers problems, and eventually led to their demise. As a result we had shutdown the site. Because of the dynamic nature of the content an offline version is not possible; as a result all that remains is a screen capture.

An online reality TV show, news and gossip web site. This site was primarily funded by advertisements provided by third party companies such as adviva. The site featured regular updates as well as a discussion forum with over 500 members. There are two versions archived on this web site, but unfortunately neither are longer active.

A standalone online photo album written from scratch. After discovering that I had hundreds of photos scatted around my PC I decided it was time to set up a photo album. After looking at all the readily available photo albums I decided to write my own, that way I could have it exactly as I wanted. Written with combination of PHP and JSP connected to a MySQL database the photo gallery is running well. Featuring an upload system, this automatically resizes each image and produces a thumbnail, as well as adding it to the relivant location in the gallery. Also included is a comments and ratings system, and even an automatic slide show. This is an ongoing project which is still up and running.

This was originally a university set project created on university web space. However I liked the idea so much that I decided to add additional features and host it on my own web space. The web site offered the ability to add and manage RSS feeds via your own customised portal, accessed via a log in. Due to the success of the project, the web-reader is still running with many active members. I have set up a guest account, so feel free to try before you register. (user & pass = 'guest')

This page streams in the lottery numbers and compares them to our syndicate numbers. A back record of previous draws is also stored for future reference. Currently little design consideration has been made, functionality is the primary concern
